Learning Strategy

There will be a programme of lectures to support your learning and personal development whilst on placement. These will be supplemented by group tutorials where you will be able to discuss in more detail your placement, reflections, action plans and evidence gathered from your organisation.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this module students will
1.
Provide an understanding of and evaluate factors that are important to the organisation.
2.
Analyse roles and responsibilities within the chosen organisation.
3.
Undertake a minimum of 100-hour work placement in an appropriate work setting demonstrating professional competency and work ethic.
4.
Reflect and evaluate learning and personal development as a result of their experiences whilst on placement.
