Assessment 2: Written practice exercise

Student/learners will produce basic diagrams of a selection of anatomy and apply labels to demonstrate knowledge and to support preparation for the oral summative assessment.

Series of mini quizzes throughout the module on anatomy including normal vs abnormal in order that students can test their understanding.

Assessment 1: In-Class Test

Online test where learners will identify between normal and abnormal anatomy including fracture detection.

Assessment 2: Oral Assessment

Oral assessment in which the student / learner will move round a series of stations to describe and show, using anatomical models etc, relevant chest anatomy and explain the functions of selected systems of the human body.

Oral Assessment

This module provides basic knowledge and principles related to the anatomy and physiology of the human body in the context of radiographic practice. You’ll have the opportunity to develop an understanding of a range of essential concepts related to normal/abnormal anatomy and physiology that underpin radiographic practice.  You&#39;ll be introduced to the structure and function of the systems within the human body to support in relevant clinical practice, as well as explore common pathologies linked directly to your level of clinical practice.
