<p>This module will prepare you for the Applied Business Project. The module will analyse various models of consultancy and you will explore different stages in the consultancy cycle including: the purpose of consultancy in business contexts, project scoping and contracting, information gathering, analysis and reporting, action planning, implementation, review and exiting. The module introduces ethical and responsible consultancy and research methods for applied projects. You will also evaluate your consultancy competency skills and identify development needs.</p>
