A written report on a topic relevant to the student’s business or area of work, evidencing the knowledge and skills they have gained through this module and ability to implement the learnt skills in their work.

This module will introduce you to the basic concepts of sustainability in the context of textile and fashion industries and develop your knowledge and understanding on various sustainable processes related to different areas of textile processing such as yarn manufacturing, fabric manufacturing, and textile dyeing and finishing processes.
You will also develop your basic understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) technique used to evaluate environmental impacts of different processes/products as well as ability to operate an LCA toolkit and perform LCA on textile/fashion products.
