This module will continue to build on the primary ocular health and pharmacology introduced in the second year, exploring a wider range of abnormal ocular conditions. Students will learn to detect abnormality, discuss salient features, formulate provisional diagnoses and continue to develop optometric management strategies including therapeutic interventions, with a focus on primary care.
