<p>The module provides you with the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in cervical screening based upon the guidance of the National Health Service Cervical Screening Programme. You will develop your knowledge of the pathophysiology involved in cervical cytology and consider factors affecting the uptake of screening. You will be trained in sample taking and must therefore have access to an appropriate client group and an internal mentor.</p>

NMC registrant (Nurse or Midwife) or Physicians associate or Medical Doctor.
