<p>This module introduces you to a variety of political ideas either from or regarding the Global South. It enables you to critically engage with a variety of intellectual movements that challenge the European colonial rule of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, movements that provided alternative visions of the state and the global order. As such in this module you’ll weigh up the claims of a variety of anti-western thought and in so doing gain a greater appreciation of the role the Global South played in creating our contemporary world order.</p>
