On successful completion of this module students will

Apply knowledge of continuing professional development and lifelong learning to the role of Nursing Associate.

Identify personal and professional development theories and compare with own development.

Apply knowledge of theories of team work to explore the Nursing Associate role as an independent and team working practitioner.
