<p>This module applies the principles of Strategic Management and Leadership to the Logistics sector through a study of concepts and theories. This will be achieved by means of lectures, seminars (focusing on case studies) and guest lectures. On completion of this module, students will be aware of the importance of effective Strategic Management and Leadership for any logistics company.</p>
