Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module students will

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the specialist legal principles of medical law, within relevant aspects of their social, institutional and cultural contexts.
2.
Demonstrate an ability to select, evaluate, critically analyse and use a wide range of appropriate and novel primary and secondary legal materials, with accurate legal referencing.
3.
Demonstrate an ability to critically evaluate and apply theoretical concepts, principles and rules of medical law to complex legal problems and scenarios.
4.
Demonstrate a sustained analysis of potential arguments identifying synthesis and problem areas and reaching clearly developed and pertinent conclusions.

Effectively communicate tailored solutions to problems, arguments and analysis in a variety of forms within the context of medical law.
