The module will be delivered via a series of lectures and tutorials adopting a range of learning strategies including formal tutor-led delivery and student-centred activities including tutorial preparation, weekly analysis of current investment events, weekly analysis of the student’s portfolios and the submission of weekly valuations and portfolio reports to … For more content click the Read More button below. These activities will be supplemented by directed reading and research. Students will be encouraged to engage with their own personal development by participating in the experiential learning environment provided by the team working related activities of “The Portfolio Game”. Students will be expected to undertake preliminary reading from the recommended texts, to read a quality financial publication to keep abreast of current financial events and to have prepared answers to and participate in the tutorial question and answer sessions
