This module is designed to introduce students to the business context of the hospitality industry, both globally and more specifically in India.
It will focus on some of the essential business skills that are required by managers in the hospitality industry including basic data handling, market analysis and fundamentals of finance.
These skills will serve to underpin the curriculum in year 2, in particular Business Finance and other modules where data handling methods are required
