<p>This module will prepare you for the Strategic Consultancy Project. The module will analyse various models of consultancy and you will explore different stages in the consultancy cycle including: the purpose of consultancy in business contexts, project scoping and contracting, information gathering, analysis and reporting, action planning, implementation, review and exiting. The module introduces ethical and responsible consultancy. You will evaluate your consultancy competency skills and identify development needs.</p>

The Responsible Internal Consultant

Use a consultancy framework to prepare a client-oriented strategic project proposal in which you  expect to take the role of the internal consultant

Demonstrate a conceptual and critical understanding of models of responsible consultancy

Negotiate with your client to define terms of reference of the project

Understand and evaluate your consultancy competencies and identify your development needs

Demonstrate knowledge of relevant research methods to inform a project design

Identify the ethical and professional considerations of the project
