Equivalent to 4500 words consisting of a product and discursive framing material, typically distributed as:
The pitch – pitching the approach in written, combined written and visual, or verbal form with visual support.Project milestone planning document, may take visual/storyboard or written form.Creative rearticulation (a digital or non-digital artefact).1000-word commentary on the theory, thinking, and process.

Portfolio

<p>The module will enable you to engage creatively with literary texts, rearticulating their central themes, concerns, and issues in a made artefact. It will equip you with the skills to respond both critically and creatively to a brief (as professional consultants do) by revisioning, surrounding, resituating, intervening in, or illustrating literature. You will identify your creative strengths and areas in which to upskill and programme your project accordingly, combining the critical and the creative to become a reflective producer of one or more forms of literary rearticulation.   </p>

be able to understand the ways in which critical and creative skills can be combined to rearticulate English literary texts, why we might want to do that and what the effects are.

be able to rearticulate a literary text through the production of a made artefact.

be able to plan and document a creative process in order to respond professionally to a brief.

be able to use online, workshop and tutorial resources to programme a project that includes deciding on a creative approach, identifying existing strengths and/or skills gaps, and reflecting on the process.
