For the first assessment in this module, you will complete a case-based written assignment through which you will demonstrate your personal grasp of communication and humanistic concepts such as personalisation, person-centred care, and social inclusion.
For the second assessment, you will complete a short practical skills test through which you will demonstrate your developing communication skills for working with people. You will have had a prior opportunity to practise and receive formative feedback in preparation for the task.
