Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module students will

Develop a detailed understanding of the fundamental legal principles of commercial law, within aspects of their social, institutional and cultural contexts.

Develop an ability to select, critically analyse and use a range of appropriate primary and secondary legal materials, with accurate legal referencing.
3.
Demonstrate an ability to critically evaluate and apply theoretical concepts, principles and rules of commercial law to complex legal problems and scenarios, with an analysis of potential arguments and clearly developed conclusions.
4.
Effectively communicate solutions to legal problems, arguments and analysis in a variety of forms within the context of commercial law.
5.
Apply a sustained critique of potential arguments and developed conclusions to legal problems.
