Aiming for the highest creative expression this Major Project is the culmination of your research and development, and brings together the analytical, conceptual and professional aspects of your work. You will create marketing strategies to build compelling experiences and build personalised products and services for fashion brands and their customers. Your project should address contemporary critical issues relating to the global fashion industry with a focus on the marketing and communication direction for fashion organisations, their stakeholders, and consumers. You will work to research, develop, critically reflect, refine and communicate both your methodological approach and your conclusions.
You will undertake a comprehensive research project of your own choice to critically engage with contemporary consumer behaviour, considering both social and environmental aspects of the fashion industry. You will build upon your project proposal to develop a final stage framework to realise your outcomes, this may include a group project, subject to negotiation with your specialist supervisor.  This in-depth research project will also act as a vehicle for you explore emerging innovative technology and to suggest new solutions to enhance consumer experiences.
You are required to formulate an entrepreneurial approach to the management and production of marketing design for the fashion industry, underpinned by sustainable and ethical approaches to social, cultural, ecological and professional contexts. This may include new commercial concepts, cutting-edge digital platforms, mobile technologies or rethinking more traditional modes of marketing and communication. 
You will present your ideas through a portfolio that may include, magazine production (print/digital), mobile app development, feasibility study, promotion strategy, look book, event plan, film, or other written content.
