On successful completion of this module students will

be able to source, collate and produce visual information which describe your knowledge of concepts for costume and which illustrate potential ideas.

be able to select appropriate combinations of textile techniques based on your levels of understanding, to translate developmental research, which resolves the aesthetic and technical problems of the design.

be able to demonstrate your advanced knowledge and skills relating to textile techniques and processes.

be able to produce textile samples which demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of dexterity and professional quality of finish.

Demonstrate the ability to select and record visual information in a personal context.Demonstrate an innovative and experimental approach to textiles that are successfully integrated within the final costume.
