On successful completion of this module students will

Critique doping rules, regulations and procedures.

Critically evaluate current doping guidelines and methodologies, and the ethical considerations associated with doping.
3.
Critically evaluate the efficacy of a range of ergogenic aids and supplements on athletic performance, exercise recovery, health, and immunity.
4.
Critically evaluate the influence ergogenic aids have on physiological and metabolic processes.
5.
Critically reflect on how/when to utilise ergogenic aids and supplements in applied settings (including an appreciation of anti-doping procedures).
