It will enable you to acquire knowledge and skills in the application of advanced anaesthetics, theatre protocols and procedures, podiatric surgical techniques and post-operative care. Critically appraise a range of theories, concepts, principles and their application related to podiatric surgical practice.

Distinguish between surgical interventions and examine factors that minimise complications in post-operative surgical management.
3.
Co-ordinate and apply the appropriate management of conditions requiring podiatric surgery.
4.
Develop, monitor, critically review, modify and evaluate an appropriate surgical care plan based on evidence within interprofessional context.
