Formative feedback is available as standard throughout the module. There are two tutorials in which formative assessment will take place, offering advice and feedback on presentation and essay plans. All students can obtain formative feedback on assessment plans of 500-800 words.

<p>What explains voter behaviour? How do events at Westminster affect people across the UK? And how can citizens and organisations make change happen in their communities? This module explores these issues and the political parties and political institutions shaping political life across the United Kingdom. Political ideas and forms of activism, from the mainstream to the extremes, are analysed, as well as the impact of party politics on the UK’s role in the wider world. You will develop political communications skills and hone your analytical skills discussing key issues including identity, citizenship, race, and social class.</p>
