Formative assessment will be ongoing – students and staff will be working together and as such staff will provide contemporaneous feedback against performance. Because staff will be giving continuous formative assessment, they will target the level of support to the individual student. This will enable the motivation of more able students and appropriate support for less able students.

<p>This module provides an in-depth exploration of the science behind personal wellbeing and how to live well. You’ll explore the various evidence-based dimensions of wellbeing, including factors such as emotional awareness, personal relationships and importance and benefits of healthy habits (e.g. digital wellbeing, diet, sleep, exercise and healthy coping strategies). Through a combination of lectures, discussions, interactive activities, and assignments, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors that contribute to wellbeing and develop practical strategies to enhance your own wellbeing and that of others.</p>

Apply psychological concepts, theories, and research related to wellbeing to enhance personal wellbeing.

Create a comprehensive and personalised wellbeing action plan based on acquired knowledge and skills, incorporating effective strategies and goals.

Evaluate research evidence pertaining to wellbeing, discerning its quality, reliability, and relevance to inform decision-making.
