<p>This module provides the opportunity for you to engage with academic debate about how terrorism is defined and develop a critical appreciation of contemporary research as well as an understanding of meaning of how the term has changed over time, using examples from across the globe. You’ll also investigate real-world counterterrorism and conflict resolution strategies and assess their aims and effectiveness.</p>
