<p>You’ll have the opportunity to develop knowledge, appropriate attitudes and attributes for autonomous paramedic practice. You’ll explore the components of practice-based education that will allow you to successfully mentor, lead and develop others in practice. The module provides guidance and direction on matters that arise within practice supervision and explores your responsibilities and accountability as an autonomous professional. This will prepare you for the responsibilities of continued professional development and transition to practice as a newly qualified paramedic (NQP).</p>
