<p>In this module you will build upon your previous study to critically consider the effectiveness and appropriateness of contemporary policing strategies and their application to the prevention and investigation of crime and public protection. In exploring these areas you will apply relevant criminological theory and research evidence to underpin your critiques, with particular reference to evidence-based policing and problem-solving. You will be assessed through coursework.</p>
