Mini-projects which develop skills in design, creation and understanding the use of ICT to support learning. (4500 words or equivalent) to meet the learning outcomes of the module in negotiation with the module tutor.

Project Work

<p>You will be introduced to a range of ICT tools and techniques for innovation in teaching and learning. Emphasis is placed on the selection of approaches appropriate to the learners’ needs. Alongside the practical aspects of using these tools you will consider how they can transform learning and develop a deeper, theoretical and analytical understanding. You will also explore current debates in the field of e-learning. The module covers a range of tools for creating and delivering elearning. For example blogging, screencasting, webinars, live event interaction tools and collaboration and team tools.</p>
