<p>You will explore the role of mentoring and coaching via a critical analysis of the use of mentoring and coaching programmes as a personal and development intervention and examine issues linked to implementing and managing mentoring/coaching schemes, the role of mentors and/or coaches, the strategies that could be used within a mentoring and/or coaching session and the ethical issues governing them. </p>
