<p>A critical aspect of working in digital media industries is being able to work effectively in a team where specialist skills are deployed at different stages in order to produce complex products or services on time. This module provides an opportunity for you to develop your technical, creative and project management skills in team working scenarios. Focusing on small and large performance teams and complex problem-solving scenarios, you will aim to deliver industry standard digital media products and services, develop higher-level team working skills, appreciate task and resource allocation, project management, peer collaboration and enhance your business and entrepreneurial skills.</p>
