<p>The module centres on the importance of the leader being self-aware, reflective and able to build their competency repertoire to function in different types of situations and at the senior level within organisations. It also focuses on the leaders’ ability to build and develop competent, effective and efficient teams.</p>

Critically examine the capabilities, capacities and structures of communication functions to plan their optimal effectiveness and efficiency.

Demonstrate their ability to internalise and apply innovative concepts and theories of leadership to their own leadership approach.

Demonstrate advanced abilities in self-management, group collaboration and project organization.

Evidence their ability to apply theory and techniques through the production of a practically oriented and significant piece of work
