<p>This module develops a range of People Management &amp; Development personal, academic, and HR practitioner skills. During the course students are expected to develop a number of specified skills regarding the analysis of business situations and understanding how the HR contextual elements are applied. There is a range of underpinning knowledge that will have been learnt and provided in other modules that will be re-applied in this module.</p>
