On successful completion of this module students will

Examine the key characteristics of labour markets, as well as the ways in which they evolve and change.
2.
Critically evaluate how new technologies contribute to resourcing and talent management, as well as how they impact different approaches to resourcing and talent management.
3.
Investigate the reason of employee turnover and how this information may be used to design employee retention strategies.
4.
Analyse how retirement, redundancy, and dismissal practises should be handled fairly, efficiently, and in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional requirements.
5.
Participate in the development and evaluation of resourcing and talent management strategies, as well as diversity and flexible working initiatives.
6.
Conduct research into the impact of long- and short-term talent management and succession planning policies and practises on performance and develop interventions to improve organisational outcomes.

Demonstrate effective oral and written communication of resourcing and talent management topics relevant to an assigned case study.
