Synopsis
This module introduces students to some of the macro and micro economic contexts in which accounting operates.
The module also develops students’ transferable skills for employment. It aims to help students to identify and evaluate their current skills and develop these further through the completion of relevant exercises.
Learning Strategy
Key topics will be introduced and knowledge, understanding and skills will be developed through a research / case study / student centred approach requiring investigation, collaboration, communication and presentation.
