On successful completion of this module students will

be able to critically evaluate the phases of development and implementation of projects in the built environment.

be able to discuss in-depth the roles of stakeholders and success measures at the outset of a project and recognise their achievement or otherwise at completion.

be able to conceptualise the theory and practice of risk and value management in the context of the project management in construction.
