You will engage with different approaches to Textiles and Surface Design and reflect on the roles of Designer Maker, Contemporary Practitioner and Commercial Designer in a variety of contexts.
The module will develop you ability to make connections between practice, ideas, concepts and theories, and apply this within your work. Research, presentation and documentation skills, will be developed with an emphasis on writing styles.
