Students will undertake a series of formative exercises in the practical sessions. Feedback, advice and guidance will be provided for these exercises.

Assessment 2: Project Work

An audio effect or instrument plugin utilising a graphical user interface. Students will submit a Zip file containing all the application files, a user guide and design document (the template of which is provided). The combined documentation should not exceed 2500 words in length.

Project Work

<p>This module provides an overview of advanced programming techniques. You will build on prior knowledge of the C programming language and focus on the principles of object-oriented programming using C&#43;&#43;. In doing so, you will create audio plugins which are both sonically and visually appealing.</p>
