<p>In this multi-disciplinary module you will identify a workplace related issue for investigation with your line manager and tutor, for which you will carry out a small scale research project that will have a positive impact upon policy and /or practice within your work environment. You will critically analyse and synthesise current knowledge, legislation and policy that is relevant to your chosen project and write up the results of your work in a draft for publication, targeting a specific journal. There will be a structured programme of teaching and learning opportunities exploring ethics, relevant research methodology, evaluation tools, and how to judge impact. </p>
