Learning Strategy

There will be a programme of lectures to support your learning and personal development whilst on placement. These will be supplemented by group tutorials where you will be able to discuss in more detail your placement, reflections, action plans and evidence gathered from your organisation.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this module students will

Demonstrate an understanding of and evaluate factors that are important to the organisation.
