<p>This module provides the opportunity to develop your understanding of leadership and management in healthcare practice. You’ll have the chance to explore legislation, understand how to lead teams and solve problems to promote high quality care. The module provides the opportunity to enhance the skills you already possess and further develop you as a capable, autonomous, accountable, and reflective practitioner using examples and scenarios from practice.</p>
