<p>This module provides a framework through which students can develop their professional skills.  It provides an opportunity to analyse critically the concept of personal, professional and career development, and to reflect professional development, past, present and future.  This module focus on encouraging participants to adopt new roles, modify existing work behaviour and acquire new skills. </p>
