Nature, purpose and structure of business reports; fundaments of research and data analysis; understanding trends in data; sourcing data / analytics and assessing validity / reliability; HR databases (e.g. Sage People, Qualtrics Employee XM); analysing and presenting data to develop insights / predictions; data and evidence-driven decision-making.
