<p>This module builds on learning from PROPEL 1, which focuses on maximising individual professional and personal development as responsible leaders, by developing a relational approach to self-development in order to enhance lifelong learning skills and personal development. Knowledge and ability will be gained in developing and maintaining collaborative workplace relationships from critical analysis of a range of theories and models of interpersonal relationships and their application to an organisational context. Personal development planning will be used to identify areas to build personal effectiveness in relation to others and critical reflections will examine the experience of carrying out various individualised learning activities in relation to a clear goal.</p>
