<p>In this module you will consider the law, practice and procedure in employment cases including that relating to employment contracts and status, dismissal for fair and unfair reasons, discrimination and Transfer of Undertakings Regulation (TUPE ) transfers. You will examine the employment tribunal procedure for bringing and responding to claims, learn about compensation and formal settlement of an employment claim and will examine the progress of cases through the employment tribunal to final hearing.</p>
