The module will assess contemporary academic thinking in advertising and marketing communications against the challenges of the dynamic marketing and business environment.
The aim of the module is to provide students with an opportunity to explore the contemporary environment and issues which impact on advertising and marketing communications.  The module aims to build on Introduction to Advertising and Marketing Communications and the broader marketing and business learning outcomes achieved in year one.  The module makes students aware of the key trends, development and contemporary practice.  The overall objective is to identify and assess opportunities and threats to future advertising and communications planning and management.
