Portfolio

This module is a clinical and a practical module with a client focused application of theory to practice. You will have the opportunity to learn about the management of clients who present with a range of legal problems and the empowerment of those clients through the provision of legal advice. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your professional skills including interviewing, researching, problem solving, reflective practice, drafting and advising. This module acts as an integrative medium to support clinical learning and show the application of theory to practice.

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of professional techniques and approaches applicable when advising clients.

Develop a critical awareness of current problems and/or insights in the provision of legal advice.
