Know and apply the established legal principles and problems arising out of trust, appreciating the weight of arguments/evidence

Work independently to write, review and amend coursework ahead of submission

Identify and evaluate the various types of trusts, appreciating the legal principles and appropriate supporting evidence which informs them

Demonstrate an ability to research information independently from a wide range of primary and secondary sources

Analyse, interpret and apply the rules and principles relating to the law of trusts

Understand and analyse the contentious issues which each aspect of the law in this area raises
