Learning Strategy

Off-the-job learning will facilitate, support, and enhance the on-the-job learning that emerges in the context of undertaking day to day work activities.
Whilst completing this module, learners will have regular contact with a Work-based Learning Coach and engage in at least one tripartite review convened between the learner, the Work-based Learning Coach and the Workplace Mentor.

Influencing and negotiating strategies both upwards and outwards.
Challenge strategies and operations in terms of ethics, responsibility, sustainability, resource allocation and business continuity/risk management.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module students will

Demonstrate critical understanding of how to shape organisational mission, culture and values.

Identify different innovation strategies and analyse they improve the sustainability of an organisation.
3.
Critically discuss different approaches to decision making, including the use of business modelling & horizon scanning when implementing change.
4.
Lead change by creating an environment for innovation that drives continuous improvement.
5.
Use horizon scanning and conceptualisation to deliver high performance strategies focusing on growth/sustainable outcomes.
6.
Scrutinise strategies in terms of ethics, responsibility, sustainability, resource allocation and business continuity/risk management.
