<p>This module critically assesses question of aesthetic, social, cultural and economic value in audio-visual texts. Drawing on a diverse range of cultural, social and literary theory, you will explore definitions of value and utility and apply them to different audio-visual forms and genres. The module will also encourage you to develop reflexive practice.</p>
