First half of a portfolio of articles for print and online.

Assessment 2: Project Work

Second half of a portfolio of articles for print and online (approximately 2,000 words), including a 1,000-word reflective essay on how students have incorporated key concepts and considered theoretical debates in their writing practice. 

<p>This module introduces students to a range of media and professional writing practices. Students will be guided to develop transferable skills for a broad range of media writing. They will engage with key concepts related to the practice of writing, analyse material in newspapers, magazines, broadcast and online, and through progressive writing activities develop and hone their writing skills. The module will introduce students to different types of journalistic and media writing.</p>
